In nowadays we use some specific terms to describe “self respect”.
“Self regard” – is the term that describe the way we consider ourselves. We can consider we are good or bad. If we consider that we are good our “self respect” will increase and we can treat accordingly. If we consider that we are not good “self acceptance” will be low, auto-rejection process will start, and because we are not good we will not respect “the not good” people and a bed treatment can occur. As a result our self confidence will be decreased and as a chain reaction we will not start new activities, relation, projects and so on.
